I choose violence issues to be the top problem because it is
the most relevant topic, especially for this year. It is also the cause of many
other conflicts ranging from war to neighborhood violence. If we could
resolve this, then a lot of other violence related problems could be resolved as well. It could also
prevent further conflicts from getting worse.

I love how you addressed violence issues more broadly versus just picking out the specific violence issues. I am not sure that getting birth control into more hands would necessarily be that easy because of so many religious beliefs that are against the use of contraceptives. I wish this was not the case, as contraceptives would help reduce a lot of issues. You can read mine here.
ReplyDeleteHey there Toni,
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on this post! I think the best part about your post was the way you related it to current events by comparing some of the issues of violence to this past year's issues of violence. I haven't seen anyone make those clear connections so for that I want to tell you you did an awesome job at identifying problems and really showing how they were demonstrated in real life recently. My take on the world's biggest problems had to do with more of the behavioral side of issues rather than the environmental so you should check it out and hear a fellow blogger's perspective: http://entreprevision.blogspot.com/2016/01/top-5-world-problems.html Check it out !
