Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital
that is truly unique.
- High tolerance: I have high tolerance with time consuming tasks and people with opposite opinions from mine.
- Active listener: I know when to listen and when is the best time to add something meaningful to the conversation. Though, it’s not a remarkable skill it is useful.
- Considerate: I take time to think about others before taking any actions that might affect them.
- Creative: I constantly think about ideas and potential things that I could do. However, one problem that I have is acting on them.
- Stable: I am usually a reasonable person and I rarely exhibit extreme emotions that may affect my judgement and ability to perform tasks.

Reflect on the differences
I think overall what they said did reflect or support some of the things I've listed. I personally wouldn't change much of the list I made previously, but it was nice to hear the perspective of those close to me. One thing that stood out to me was charismatic, which is something I believe I'm not. However, I do I agree that I can be critical at times. The reason why my assessment is different from other people's assessment of me is mostly due to perspectives and how long I've known them.

Hey there Toni, great job on your post. I most appreciated your qualities of high tolerance and stability. I think these are great characteristics and probably the best I've read so far for this assignment. I think it is critically important to be highly tolerant in today's rapidly evolving workplace. I think if a person can pair a high level of tolerance alongside a rapid ability to adapt then there should be few obstacles that would pose too much of a problem. Great job and check mine out if you have a chance: http://breident3003.blogspot.com/2016/03/my-secret-sauce.html
ReplyDeleteHi Toni! Your audio interviews were great! I found this project a little challenging to do because we were basically asking our friends to say nice things about us, but that also made it fun! The skills you listed, tolerant, listener, considerate, creative, and stable are all very good qualities to have as an entrepreneur! I think it is nice that your friends also said you are charismatic. That’s a great quality but also hard to say about yourself!

Hi Tony, I found your blog to be very interesting! Your audio interviews were very insightful. I'm glad you were able to find people who were able to discuss the secret sauce. I personally didnt get to do the assignment. I agree that being an active listener is super important. Some people like to interrupt and its important to just step back and listen.
